- Monthly workout plan with video tutorials (starting with 1 strength workout per week and 2 Peloton classes per week, building up from there. Goal is to get to 3 strength workouts per week by the end of 6 month cycle)
- 1 monthly call (20-30 minutes to check in and make adjustments)
- Weekly form check-in (sent in via video and I can share feedback)
- Email access for any questions or help you need along the way
